On October 13, 2025, Dr. Alexandra Wolf, Research Scientist of the Cognitive Behavioral Assistive Technology Team received First Place in the 3-Minute Research Pitch Presentation Competition at the International Data Week 2025 in Brisbane, Australia. Also, during the IDW2025, together with Dr. Mihoko Otake of the Team Director of the Cognitive Behavioral Assistive Technology Team, she co-hosted a panel session on October 16, focusing on advancing cognitive health equity through cross-domain data stewardship. The session opened with a keynote presentation by Dr. Mihoko Otake, who highlighted the importance of ethically governed and inclusive data infrastructures in addressing cognitive health disparities. She emphasized that advancing cognitive health equity requires collaboration across domains, ensuring that data stewardship practices respect privacy, diversity, and accessibility. Dr. Wolf then illustrated the potential of eye-tracking technologies to provide context-sensitive insights and underlined their adaptability across cultures and settings, opening new avenues for equitable cognitive health research. Finally, in interactive group discussions, participants explored barriers and enablers to inclusive cognitive health data ecosystems, focusing on ethical governance, digital infrastructure gaps, culturally sensitive tool design, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
