The AI Academic Forum 2020 was held on January 28 in Tokyo. Director Masashi Sugiyama gave a special talk entitled “Overview of cutting-edge machine learning research and an attempt to develop human resources” and joined panel discussion. Visiting Scientist Arisa Ema moderated the panel discussion entitled “To implement AI in society and develop AI human resources – universities and the AI ecosystem”.
