We has established a new recruitment category for those who have completed (or are expected to complete) a master’s degree, with the aim of fostering talented young researchers. Research associates hired through this recruitment will be engaged in research projects for each team, and are expected to pursue a doctorate at Japanese university during their non-working hours at AIP.
