Title: Special Seminar: All about feedback comment generation for English writing learning

Abstract: Feedback comment generation is the task of generating hint or explanatory notes about errors for the purpose of improving writing.
It has recently been studied intensively. For the first time ever, a shared task on this topic was held this year under the name of GenChal at INLG2022.
We are inviting five speakers, all of whom are participants in the shared task, to a special edition of the RIKEN AIP seminar. They will talk about their experiences in the present task, their systems, and technical and practical aspects of feedback comment generation. After the talks, we will have a free discussion session on Gather Town where each of the speakers and organizers will have a booth to discuss and answer questions.
