Masaaki Komatsu, Deputy Team Director of the Cancer Translational Research Team, gave a presentation at the “France–Japan Bilateral Seminar on Health Data,” co-hosted by the Science and Technology Department of the French Embassy in Japan, PEPR Digital Health (France 2030 Investment Plan), and the Keio University School of Medicine.
The seminar was held to promote international collaboration aimed at advancing next-generation healthcare through the use of medical digital data, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital twin technologies. The event featured lectures and panel discussions with researchers, policymakers, and industry representatives from both France and Japan, with many speakers also participating from RIKEN.
