The Second International Workshop on Complex Systems Science and Health Neuroscience was held on September 25, 2023, at Nicolaus Copernicus University, Toruń, Poland, and online. Researchers from RIKEN AIP in Tokyo and The Department of Cognitive Science at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń jointly organized the event.
