On March 15, 2022, RIKEN AIP concluded a memorandum of understanding with the Berlin Institute for the Foundations of Learning and Data (BIFOLD).
Berlin Big Data Center and Berlin Center for Machine Learning merged and renamed itself to BIFOLD in 2019.
RIKEN AIP had a Memorandum of Understanding with the Berlin Big Data Center to promote international collaboration in education and research, particularly in the field of Machine Learning from March 15, 2017, to March 14, 2022.
RIKEN AIP and BIFOLD intend to continue international collaboration in education and research.
