Dr. Tomasz M. Rutkowski, a Research Scientist with the Cognitive Behavioral Assistive Technology Team at RIKEN AIP, will deliver an educational lecture titled “Olfactory/scent and neuroart BCI approaches for healthy aging neurobiomarkers using EEG, electrobulbography, fNIRS, eye tracking” at the prestigious BCI & NEUROTECHNOLOGY SPRING SCHOOL 2025. The lecture is scheduled for May 1st, from 11:00 to 12:00 CEST (18:00 to 19:00 JST).

The BCI & NEUROTECHNOLOGY SPRING SCHOOL, recognized for its global impact, has garnered significant attention within the research community. As noted by Rolling Stone UK Magazine , the event’s scale and influence have drawn comparisons to a major concert, underscoring its pivotal role in disseminating groundbreaking research. Following the remarkable success of the 2024 edition, which attracted over 80,000 participants from 118 countries, organizers anticipate an even greater turnout this year. RIKEN AIP researchers, including Dr. Rutkowski, are proud to contribute to this international platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
